This has been slow coming to you guys because many times I've given someone a pat on the back and gotten a kick in the butt for my efforts.

We spent about 3 weeks doing the deal and that was because I have never done business with you guys and also because I was trading backwards one model year. As for the Jeep, I talked to Lori (the previous owner) and she confirmed everything you told me about service ect. She did tell me about her phobia about keeping things in order and up to date, I can say "So far, So good." It seems to run well and so far - no weird noises or smells. Both good things. Your "One Price" program sure does make things easy for the buyer. No hassles, no headaches. The price is the price and that's it. The real exceptional part is the one year warranty. It's good to know that if I'm out in Arizona and something breaks, a $100 co-pay gets me out of trouble. Most dealers will give you 30 days, if that. The courtesy and humor of you folks made the whole experience actually fun. I got to meet the whole staff and I think it's good to know who you're dealing with and actually get to put faces with names. it makes it feel like you're appreciated and not just another commission for someone who won't remember your name the next day. Believe it or not, that's important to some people.

Overall I feel that I got a good deal on a good jeep and got to meet some real nice people in the process. You and Tim were the icing on the cake. You know the vehicles you're selling and if you don't have the answer you find it. No B.S. - also important things. I'll definitely refer people to you based on my experience and actually having fun trading vehicle.

Thanks again for a good vehicle, good warrant and a good time doing business. You'll be the first place I'll go when I'm shopping and the first place I'll send family and friends.

I WILL remember to bring food when I stop out for the car wash. The wash isn't important but you said that there were a couple of other things you wanted to check out so I'll stop by probably around the middle of next week. I'll be sure to call first to make sure the wash guy is there. I've got to have a remote starter put in on Tuesday so it'll probably be that day. Feel free to use me as a reference to any one who wants one.
